Ingredients:

1 pepper, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 can (540mL)  of chickpeas

1 ½ cups of milk of choice

1 tsp. Chilli powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper Powder

1 Tbsp. Curry Powder

2 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour

  1. Add chopped vegetables to an oiled pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add chickpeas and spices and stir.
  3. Add milk and flour to thicken.
  4. Let simmer for 5 minutes and serve on rice of choice.
