        Movement is joy. When we need to move our bodies, we look at it as a negative thing, but it doesn’t have to be.

Moving our body should bring us joy, peace, contentment, and it should motivate us. When we pick an activity, a form of movement, it should be something we enjoy. Walking, yoga, running, jogging, strength training, biking or hiking.

What activity are you doing when you feel joy?

Dancing?
Are you playing with your children?
Are you running by yourself?
Walking listening to a podcast?

It doesn’t have to be exerting to be movement; we just have to be move.
