I have never been a morning person, nor a night person. I am an awkward, exhausted pigeon that lies somewhere in-between. That being said, I still love the morning. I love the idea of waking up before the sun, going outside for a run, and getting a huge part of my day finished, before the rest of the world has even started. I started to notice that regardless of the time that I woke up in the morning, whether I slept eight hours, nine hours or twelve hours, I was waking up with the same level of grogginess. The benefit of being somewhere in-between is that I decided to wake up early in the morning. I have now been waking up no later than six o’clock for almost seven years, and I have noticed some personal benefits that really allow my ambition to thrive.
1. Morning Relief
Frequently our main line of stress comes from how we start our morning. If you continuously press ‘snooze’ and only have a small window to get dressed, eat, coffee and out the door, your day has alrighty started on a low… rather than on a high. By waking up earlier, and being able to get all that you need out of the way in the morning, you are already leaving for work feeling productive.
2. Prioritize Your Movement
How can you wake up feeling refreshed? Sometimes you can’t, but if you wake up and move your body right away, you then will feel refreshed. By waking up early enough in the morning to get our workout in, we are not stressing about it all day, and are more likely to get it done, rather than procrastinate throughout the week.
3. Nutritious Benefits
You have time to make breakfast! Make a nutritious one. Instead of grabbing a cup of coffee and a granola bar on your way out the door, by waking up early, you have the chance to make a nutrient-filled breakfast, that will leave you feeling full longer. Your brain will have more nutrients, and your body will feel revived and ready to go, rather than tired and drained.
4. Productivity
When it comes to waking up early, getting in your movement, and having a healthy breakfast, the only thing that follows is a system that is ready for productivity. By waking up early every morning, you are getting your brain and body ready to take on the day, allowing yourself to be more productive in any task that comes your way. You will not procrastinate and you will be taking on your day in full swing.
5. More “Me Time”
Whether it is because you are able to finish earlier in the afternoon, or not… when you wake up early, you are giving yourself an extra couple hours for yourself. Where you can get things done, and take care of your body. This ‘Me Time’ can go a long ways when it comes to self-care, self-improvement, mental health and the body and mind connection as a whole.
Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people think about worries that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
