I have always loved lasagna, but the meat was always too hard on my stomach. Growing up meat was a part of the dish, so it became the meal that I loved, but the same meal that I couldn’t digest properly because of my food sensitivities. I found a way to enjoy every bite, without feeling that pain again… vegetable-packed lasagna.
This vegetarian lasagna is the bomb. It has all noses coming to the kitchen, the cat included… but that could have been because of all the cheese. It has enough cheese to pack a punch, but can still give you a great serving of vegetables. You will fall in love with it and not even realize it doesn’t have meat.
