Considering everything that is happening in our world, things are getting overwhelming. In order to provide you with some clarity, I have designed a routine that I am following during the next fourteen days. The routine only shows a Monday to Friday schedule; however, it can be used throughout the time frame in which we must stay home.
During these times we want to switch our negative brains off, which can be rather difficult in times of global stress. Nonetheless, we need to look at these closures as an opportunity to build ourselves up again.
I went for a run earlier today and as I was running I said to myself “right now I am building the daily routine that I want to live out every day”. It gave me some perspective on the life that I want to engage in and the hopes are that it will do the same for you.
The routine takes time for rest, hobbies, self-improving activities. We need to look at the situation that we are in as a sign that the world needs to focus a little bit more on the work they need to put in themselves.
Below is the QUARANTINE ROUTINE, and I will also share some staple recipes that I have been using thus far.

1 cup of Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 cup of frozen raspberries
Blend ingredients and serve.
Breakfast Poutine
1 Small Cubed Sweet Potato
6 Asparagus (cut into small pieces)

1 Tbsp Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup of Organic Salsa
In a nonstick frying pan cook the potato and the asparagus. Add the two eggs. When all is cooked, add cheese and salsa. Plate and serve.

1/2 head of broccoli (chopped into small pieces)
3 Asparagus (cut into small pieces)
